I am attempting to install Lilypond 2.4 for Windows for the first time.
19% of the way thru Cygwin Setup, it took about 20 minutes on a DSL
line to get that far(!), I got an error box labeled Cygwin Setup with
the message:
Fatal Error: Uncaught Exception
Thread: install
Type: St16invalid_argument
Message: URL Scheme not registered!
Although it is the definition of insanity, I am going to try the
download once more.
