Lilypond 2.4.5 not working on Windows ME

Subject: Lilypond 2.4.5 not working on Windows ME

I could not compile test.ly. Maybe because I didn't install http://lilypond.org/download/fonts/, but I did not know how to. I once used 2.2.2 and it worked. I'm sorry, if you know what the problem might be, or how to install those fonts, that would be great. Thank you.
