LilyPond comes with a small program that can convert a MIDI file
into the input format used in LilyPond. However, it is well-known
that this program does not work very well and most people who try
it seem to come to the conclusion that it's much faster to enter
the music directly in LilyPond instead.
See www.lilypond.org for more information.
