Adding extra stanzas after a score

I'm re-scoring an old hymn (Rock of Ages) that's been set to new music.

I've scored the vocal line and piano and have the first stanza's lyrics 
in place. No problems there.

The hymn has another three stanzas, but I would like to follow the 
hymn-book convention of having the additional stanzas appearing after 
the music rather than as additional lines of lyrics within the music.

Can this be done just within Lilypond, or do I need to use Lilypond-book 
to get what I want?
