Installing Lilypond under W2K

Hi

 

I'm getting the following two problems when installing Lilypond:

 

When installing, it stops and indicates "No Package" when it gets to "/etc/postinstall/post_texmf.sh"

 

If I try to run the test, I get:

and no test.log file is created.

 

The version downloaded is "lilypond-2.4.3-1.tar.bz2"

 

Any ideas?
