If you also read the section "9.1.5 Changing context default settings"
you should be able to do a global setting that applies to all lyrics,
for example. However, if you want to set the font of both lyrics,
titles and all other textual annotations with a single setting, you
may want to look at the NEWS file for version 2.6 (this information
will also appear soon in the manual, see recent discussions at the
bug-lilypond mailing list).
