I have some trouble with building Lilypond 2.6.3 on my slackware 10.0 machine. I have installed the most recent libraries as far as I can see of most, if not all, required libraries, yet I get this message:

/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-slackware-linux/3.3.4/../../../libpangoft2-1.0.so: undefined reference to `g_assert_warning' /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-slackware-linux/3.3.4/../../../libpango-1.0.so: undefined reference to `g_fopen' /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-slackware-linux/3.3.4/../../../libpangoft2-1.0.so: undefined reference to `g_return_if_fail_warning'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [out/lilypond] Error 1
rm out/lexer.cc
make[1]: Leaving directory `/s/progs/lilypond-2.6.3/lily'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I have pango-1.8.0 installed yesterday, is there someone who can point out what else might be wrong? I have all output of 'configure' and 'make' saved by redirecting it to a file instead of the screen;
the output of configure is about 8K and of make is 528K.

I may try to figure this out by myself, but it will probably take a long time, and I know the people here are much smarter than me ;-)

TIA,
Michiel
