make fails on 2.7.10, SuSE 9.3

Hi,
2.7.10 gives following error message on SuSE 9.3 (x86); all previous 
versions 2.7.x did compile all right, though. -Some new dependency? (BTW 
the error message looks similar with 
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2005-09/msg00045.html )

Any ideas?
