Re: \Overrides tweaks - changes etc...

As has already been said, there are thousands of different possible
(and useful) tweaks you can do. However, the kind of collection you
propose does already exist, it's called the LilyPond Snippet Repository.
You can find a link to it if you click on Documentation at www.lilypond.org.
Actually, for the moment, the contents is mostly a copy of the contents of the
"Tips and Tricks" and "Regression Tests" documents that have been included
in the official documentation for a long time. Another good source of examples
is the mailing list archives, of course.

On the other hand, since I'm certain that you sooner or later will
want to do something that's not included in the LSR, I recommend you
to take a more careful look at the chapter called "Changing Defaults",
which is intended to give sufficient information to make it possible
to find out many answers yourself, via the different links to the
Program Reference that are included throughout the manual.
