slur and tie collisions

hi all,

from what i understood, the issue of slur collision

was dealt with recently.

version 2.7.8, however, still produces both slur and tie

collisions with the cresc. marking:

 

{a'4 c'\<( c'~ c'\> d' e') f'8\! g'2}

 

first off, the program is great work and the results so far are

very impressive.

 

second, is there a plan to solve all object collisions

in lilypond and eliminate collision tweaking? is there a general solution i could use to avoid these problems?
