How to run convert-ly in Windows

Hello fellows,

I'm using Lilypond 2.6.3. I have already figured out how to run python scripts like abc2ly and etf2ly, but I don't see any results in convert-ly, only that in the folder it is located three compiled python files (the icon is the brown snake): convertrules, fontextract and lilylib.

In the command line (run): I typed: convert-ly smc001.ly (the LY file was in the same folder as the script: bin).
