I'm looking at the 2.7 documentation online and under 10.1.11 Page breaking
the reference to adding "piece" is not there..

breakbefore requires a "piece" field, ie
\header{
breakbefore = ##t
piece = ""
}
I thought that I'd added that to the manual under "bugs"... if it isn't
there, or if it's in the wrong place, could you let me know?
