What am I doing wrong?
The pdf document prints the wrong kind of '. It replaces the normal
keyboard ' with a fancy curly one. Lilypond can't handle the fancy
curly '.
Either copy and paste from the HTML docs, or manually replace every
fancy ' with a normal keyboard '.
