Is it possible to set-accidental-style global to the entire score, or
must separate calls to (set-accidental-style 'whatever) appear inline
with the note-entry of each Staff?
(8.6.1 helps considerably on the *effect* or set-accidental-style, but
is silent on the *location* of such calls.)
