In the example below the articulation is set explicitly outside the 
phrasing slur. BTW: For me (same version/OS) the example below has it 
inside without any tweak.

Question @experts: I would have expected stacc. articulation above slur 
also by setting PhrasingSlur #'avoid-slur = #'... but there was no 
effect at all, neither for #'outside, #'inside nor #'around. What's the 
difference between setting the property for Script and PhrasingSlur?
