If you're using a version of python older than 2.4(?), you need to
download subprocess.py and place it in python/out/ (search the mailing
list to find where to download that file)

You have to tell where New Century School Book .pfb files are located on
your system, at configure time, for instance:

./configure --with-ncsb-dir=/usr/share/ghostscript/fonts
