Finding conversion utilities on Mac OS X

For the benefit of other Macintosh OS X users, please update
the Documentation to indicate the location of the conversion
programs within the LilyPond.app application.

Mac OS X hides the contents of applications in the ".app"
package format, so it is necessary to navigate within the
package to find the conversion utilities inside the
Contents/resources/bin directory.

While many users are familiar with the process of navigating
into an appllication package, some clue as to the location
of the utilities would be very helpful.
