Hi, Bruce!
Is there a way to change the margins for one page only? Or, perhaps change force the first system/title up without affecting the page header for other pages?
You can always use
title = \markup { \raise #5 "My Title Is Higher!!!" }
adjusting the \raise parameter as desired.
