Single note mesure layout

Hi,

 

When setting a whole mesure rest, say in time 3/4, you'll enter { R } rather than { r2. }

And you'll get a beautifull, centered rest.

 

Is there a way to obtain a beautifully centered { c2. } in the next bar ?

(if of course, other voices contain either a rest, either a same length note)
