Paper_column_engraver gives a warning when a \break (or a \pageBreak) can't be 
satisfied (in the case of this file, 4 times):
warning: forced break was overridden by some other event, should you be using 
bar checks?
warning: forced break was overridden by some other event, should you be using 
bar checks?
warning: forced break was overridden by some other event, should you be using 
bar checks?
warning: forced break was overridden by some other event, should you be using 
bar checks?

Maybe the warning message should be expanded to show the location in the file?
