lilypond executable: C:\Program Files\LilyPond\usr\bin\lilypond.exe
It looks as if it treats everything after the space as an argument. Maybe you have to put the path to lilypond into quotation marks like this: "C:\Program Files\LilyPond\usr\bin\lilypond.exe"
