Hi,
Does the lilypond-book option --padding no longer exist? The
lilypond-book manual says at 4.7 "Invoking lilypond-book" that there
is a --padding option. But with ...
lilypond-book --pdf --padding=0 --output=out tmp_rhythm.tex
... we get ...
Usage: lilypond-book [OPTION]... FILE
lilypond-book: error: no such option: --padding
Has --padding gone away? (2.11.30 under OS X.)
