\prall and \setTextCresc

hi all, 
 
1. \prall makes the mark i'm after, but i get warnings about "warning: 
Ignoring 
grob for slur. avoid-slur not set?" it makes my pdf just fine, but can i 
easily 
get rid of the warning? 
 
2. i want all my crescendos text style. \setTextCresc also works fine, but i 
have to set it everytime i cresc. shouldn't it stay text unless i set it back 
to 
hairpin? 
 
i'm using v2.10.29 through jedit on windows xp. thanks in advance.
