The Grove Dictionary of Music gives no English term, only the Italian
all'ottava or all'8va (meaning 'at the octave').
For comparison, the Finale 2006 user manual index lists the topic
under "8va/8bv". The index entries for 15ma, Ottava, and Quindecima
all say "see 8va/8bv".
