I, too, looked for a solution running Lilypond on OS X Leopard.
The best solution to work with Lilypond is in combination with the OOoLilypond
(OpenOffice Lilypond) script. It also works in NeoOffice and makes the usage of
Lilypond very comfortable.
I think OOoLilypond would be worth getting a link from http://lilypond.org
What do you think?
