problem of page breaking

Hi,

  This is a work I wrote in 1998. I want to make pagebreaks for the individual movements, but the log file gave the following warnings:

warning: programming error: bounds of this piece aren't breakable.

What does it mean?  Are the previous two short movements messed up?
