- deletes previous myname.pdf
- runs lilypond myname.ly
- deletes old mylily.mid and renames myname.midi to myname.mid
- deletes myname.ps
- opens MIDI and PDF

"growlnotify" (see http://growl.info) shows a popup message.

I've "alias lily='path/to/lily.sh'" in my .profile, so I can run  
"lily" as command.
