Yes, I was afraid this would be the case... Unfortunately, this means that
Lilypond won't easily get a auto-TOC feature :(
Anyway, in OrchestralLily I'm generating the scores on the fly, so there it's
easy to automatically add a top-level score with scheme, containing the
page-mark. However, I was wondering if "simple" lilypond files with multiple
scores could automatically get their piece titles added to the TOC. Seems
like this will not be possible, at least not by only redefining the piece
title markup.
