Thanks, that's also the workaround that I finally used. Unfortunately, it is
not correct musically... In particular, I'm still thinking about implement
MusicXML output from lilypond one day and then the real musical meaning of
the notes becomes relevant and not only how they look on paper. And
musically, there is a difference between
<5 3>16 <5> <5 3>16 <5>
and (in output)
5 ______
3 3 3 3
because in the latter the third is played for an eighth each, while in the
figuremode snippet it is only played for a sixteenth...
As soon as you try to transcribe the figured bass numbers into real notes, the
difference is crucial.
