I still don't follow.  This is a scripting language called
"songbook"?

Either split your .ly file into distinct pieces, as Valentin
suggested, or create a tex file.  lilypond-book automatically
splits files into distinct .eps files, so you could grab those
files and convert them to whatever you wanted.
