You can use arbitrary combinations of note values and fractions to make it
as (un-)readable as you wish, so long as you can 'do the math'. For
example:
\version "2.11.49"
\relative c'' {
\time 2/4
\override TupletNumber #'text = #tuplet-number::calc-fraction-text
\autoBeamOff
g16 \times 2/3 { a8.. b c } | d2
}
