The program is not starting, and all I get is the ".ly" file opening
itself followed by a command prompt. This happens in as many as 2 or 3
manifestations of these files opening themselves up, simultaneously. This
happens no matter how often I follow rhe less-than-consistant
instructions in the "ly" file, because the PDF it refers to as
"Welcome_to_LilyPond.PDF" does not appear to exist.There's just no
getting the program to run on my computer (I downloaded 'for windows'
version, and have the VISTA OS). Thanks
