You should be able to copy and paste it into your browser in two pieces.
Just don't hit enter or click the go button before both pieces are in.

You can also navigate to it by starting at the main GDP link:

<http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/Documentation/index.html>

Then choosing Notation Reference, Specialist notation, and Chord notation.
