This still needs some tweaking to make it look like the original (tighten staff spacing, get rid of the time signature) but otherwise I like how it looks.
BTW thanks to Mark Polesky for the sweet scheme snippet that I've adapted to make the indication for 4th string look almost exactly like the original. He was using it to make stylish movement numbers, but I tweaked it a bit to make it work for this.
