Add pitch name text all notes

Dear users.

i want to add pitch name (also octave) text all notes,
like following:

       |
  |    |   o
  |   o   |
 o        |
e4   g4   c5

i know \easyHeadsOn but, it can not be output octave.
if possible rotate 90 degree pitch name.
for these text for KOTO: Japanese traditional instrument.

i also cheked The LilyPond Snippet Repository
"Adding automatic octaves to a melody [0.14286]"
but i could not resolve my problem.

Any ideas?
