It works also within MediaWiki-Software as an extension.

In the Lilypond.php file you have to change the parameters:

$cmd = $wgLilypond
            " -d safe -d eps --format=png ---header=textidoc "

I still have some formatting problems, but first I have to read the manuals ;-)
