The problem with stopping and restarting a staff(group) is the fact that
restarting the staff will not restart the entire score.
The documentation didnĀ“t help me, but the suggestion to put the scores in a
markup did help me.
I was able (without using another tool than LilyPond) to create the attached
starting and stopping score on one single line.
