Re: Lilypond-book loses ℟ symbol

lilypond-book -o out --pdf hymns.lytex && cd out && pdflatex hymns.tex  
&& cd ..

This is with lilypond 2.12.2 and pdflatex 3.1415926-1.40.9-2.2 on Mac  
OS X 10.5.6
