That's what I get for not testing it beforehand.  :-)

I just tried using

\overrideProperty #"Score.NonMusicalPaperColumn" #'padding #20

but that didn't work either.  The only solution that works for me is
the method shown in the regression test (spacing-paper-column-padding.ly).
