Now that I have solved my first two problems, I'm now running into two other 
problems:

1) If I use extender lines and subsequent figures add new numbers (like for 
example <_+>4 <9 7_+>), then the extender line will always be on top of the 
new figures, which is wrong. In this case, the order (from top to bottom) 
should be 9, 7, extender for the #. Sample is attached.

A real-life example can be found in the full score of the "Sperate in Deo" in 
measure 39 (the 4th measure on page 6, which is the seventh page in the PDF):

2) If I have extender lines turned on, it is not possible to print markup as a 
figure inside the Staff context. If I try this, I always get the same extender 
warning and no figure is shown:
Programmierfehler: must have Item for spanner bound of BassFigureContinuation


Does anyone have solutions for these new problems?
