titling documentation - additional problem

Following on my previous email, in the learning manual section 2.5.3 
appears this text:

"More information on titling can be found in Section “Creating titles” 
in Notation Reference."

That section appears not to exist. It's not in the index and I cannot 
find it anywhere else.

=> I should mention that my Ly version is "2.12.2"; ditto for documentation.
