How to force acidental and naturals in Atonal Music

I am pretty sure that someone asked this question before, but I couldn't
find it in the web. Anyway, here it goes again.

I am writing a atonal music for solo instrument, so it would be easier
to read if every note had its own accident (natural, sharp or flat), so
the performer wouldn't worry about look at the whole bar to see if the
last note is a C sharp or C natural. So:

- Is there a way to force Lilypond to engrave every accidental in the
note without having to write the exclamation (!) in every note?
