Hi Joe,

thanks, your code works perfect.

I wonder also if it's possible to put some text on the right side of a 
short and not ragged staff.
I'd like to add a description to each effect (see attached .pdf).

What I would like to do is creating a legenda file just using LilyPond 
and no other software (Scribus, lilypond-book).
Is it possible?
