ANN: Frescobaldi 0.7.15

Hi all,

Frescobaldi 0.7.15 is out, with as main new feature a built-in LilyPond 
documentation browser. It's just a HTML browser but it has some nice features 
like context-sensitive help for the editor (rightclick a LilyPond variable or 
statement) and a syntax colored view for the ly snippets in the documentation.

The browser tries to find locally installed documentation, if that fails it 
shows the pages at http://lilypond.org/doc . You can also specify the full url 
of the documentation in Settings->Paths.

There are some other improvements and bug fixes.
