The problem seems related to \easyHeadsOn and accidentals. Remove 
\easyHeadsOn and there are no collisions. You can demonstrate the 
problem with:

\version "2.13.7"

\relative c' {
   c d ees fis
   \easyHeadsOn
   c d ees fis
}
