ANN: Frescobaldi 0.7.17 released

Frescobaldi 0.7.17 has been released:

Frescobaldi ( www.frescobaldi.org ) is a dedicated LilyPond editor.

New:
- can assign keyboard shortcuts to snippets in the expand dialog
- open files dropped on Frescobaldi window
- piano reduction for choir part type in score wizard
- harp and guitar support more than one voice in score wizard
- translations to Dutch, Spanish, Polish, Czech and French were updated

Fixes:
- crash fixed when switching to a document opened using the File->Open dialog
  when more than two files were opened at the same time (by ctrl-click)
- if user cancels quit on a modified document, no unmodified docs are closed
- better parse pitches after unbracketed markups: in c d e-\markup\sharp f g,
  the 'f' is not mistaken for an argument, because Frescobaldi knows that
  \sharp does not take arguments. In c d e-\markup\bold f g, 'f' is correctly
  parsed as not being a pitch, because \bold takes one argument.
  This improves all pitch functions: transpose, translate, rel/abs conversion.
- Do not fail on install if meinproc4 and/or the style sheets are not there.
  Just print a warning and do not generate the KHelpcenter cache file. This is
  not a problem: When the user installs KHelpcenter afterwards and opens the
  Frescobaldi User Guide, the cache is generated in the user's cache directory
  by KHelpcenter.

Frescobaldi will be in string freeze (i.e. no translatable texts will be 
changed/added) and bugfix mode till Christmas. Please report bugs and 
contribute updated translations if you can (and would like:-)
