Do you want an honest answer?
Not me.
My personal interest is to get minimal though sufficient information
from Sibelius to re-create the score in LilyPond with little effort
and --most important-- avoiding transcription errors.
That means: I need to have staffs (notes, rests, ties, slurs), lyrics,
and chords.
I have templates for the scores I want to make, and I cut/paste the
relevant parts into these templates. The rest is handwork.
