Explicitly...
But not in all of them..
I've just found out that only one of the seven included files had \pointAndClickOn (I can't
remember why I put it there).
I've removed it, now everything is OK: when I compile book.ly using
the -dno-point-and-click option I get the .pdf for publish.
My mistake, sorry!
