Thomas is continuing to work on it, with a new architecture. He has less
time right now than he used to, so it's moving forward more slowly than it
was, but it is moving forward.

You could contact Thomas and see if an offer of money would help him work
faster on it. But I doubt it, because I don't think it would be enough per
hour to let him stop doing his regular job; he'll still have to pull it out
of hobby time.
