There may be a simpler way to do this down in the score block. But just
to provide a quick solution: for each section, add "\transpose g f"
between the section name and \relative.
Example: soprano = \transpose g f \relative c''{
You'd need to do this for soprano, alto, tenor, bass.
It may also be possible to do a simpler transpose action down in the
score block, but I don't have time to look at it right now. The gurus
on here will of course know.
